Tax and Accounting FP2025.12.05 Update for SAP Business One

We would like to inform you about the release of a new version of the Tax and Accounting FP2025.12.05 add-on by best-run Consulting for SAP Business One.
This update is aimed at improving the usability of accounting and tax documents, as well as fixing identified issues.
Key changes and improvements in this release:
Preview of accounting postings
In the “Advance Report” document, a preview of accounting postings has been implemented before saving the document in the “Approved” status. This allows users to verify the accuracy of postings prior to recording them in the ledger and significantly reduces the risk of errors.
Automatic tax code population
When importing incoming tax invoices using the “Batch XML Import/Export Assistant”, automatic population of the tax code has been added. This simplifies document processing and reduces the amount of manual work for accountants.
VAT calculation issue fixed
An issue with incorrect VAT amount calculation in the “Tax Invoice” document generated from the “Sales” document when partial advances are used has been resolved. VAT is now calculated in full compliance with the actual transaction amounts.
