Vladyslav Pryima Joins Boot Camp 2026: Supporting the Next Generation of Ukrainian IT Professionals
Practical experience, teamwork, and the ability to effectively present ideas have become just as important as technical expertise. This is why educational initiatives that bridge the gap between academic learning and real-world IT business environments play a critical role in the development of the industry.
Vladyslav Pryima, Founder and CEO of DIGITAL BUSINESS SOLUTIONS, participated in Boot Camp 2026 organized by Kharkiv IT Cluster – a large-scale educational and hands-on program that brought together approximately 100 students, young professionals, and future leaders of Ukraine’s IT industry.
Boot Camp is an intensive accelerator program where participants work in fully equipped cross-functional teams to develop real IT products. Over the course of several months, they progress from concept development to MVP creation, gaining practical experience in modern software development methodologies, cross-functional collaboration, and product presentation.
Participants developed solutions in the following areas:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI);
- Business Process Automation;
- Web Platforms;
- HealthTech;
- Simulation and Educational Technologies.
The final stage of the program was a startup-style project pitch. Each team was given five minutes to present its product, five minutes to demonstrate the solution, and three minutes to answer questions from industry experts.
For Vladyslav, participation in the program provided an opportunity to share practical experience in developing and scaling innovative technology solutions. In particular, his experience from international pitching events for the SYNERGY AI project – a multi-agent AI platform for project and financial management – enabled him to provide valuable guidance on presentation preparation, business case structuring, and effective communication with potential investors and strategic partners.
