SAP Opens New Opportunities for Students and Educators in Ukraine

Education and technology go hand in hand, and SAP continues to support those shaping the future. Through its global SAP University Alliances initiative, the company expands cooperation with universities, offering students and educators free educational programs, hands-on courses, and innovative digital tools.

Business Processes Open Lecture 2025/26
For the third time, SAP invites Ukrainian students and educators to participate in the Business Processes Open Lecture series. The program spans approximately 60 hours and combines self-paced learning with interactive online sessions led by experts.

Participants gain hands-on experience in the SAP S/4HANA Cloud environment, observe real-world business processes, and have the opportunity to take the official SAP certification exam with two free attempts. The introductory lecture begins on October 30.

SAP Learning Hub Student Edition
Registered participants receive free access to the updated SAP Learning Hub Student Edition platform. It provides learning programs, self-study materials, and the opportunity to obtain certifications at no additional cost.

SAP Signavio Process Transformation Suite
Another offering for the academic community is SAP Signavio, enabling business process modeling and optimization. Students and educators can create personal workspaces, analyze processes, and develop digital transformation scenarios.

Innovative Business Games – Business Builders
In partnership with HEC Montréal, SAP has developed educational game formats that teach analytics and strategic thinking. The Business Builders platform covers disciplines from finance to sustainability, integrates easily into curricula, and requires no specialized software.

This year, two new games are added:

• The Agent – managing a sports career and analyzing data in sports management.
• The Maple Heir – simulating the development of a family maple syrup business, including financial management and growth strategies.

Virtual roadshows are organized to introduce educators to these tools. The next event is scheduled for September 25 at 17:00 (event language: English).

Platforms for Professional Development

• Student Zone – a student environment with access to SAP S/4HANA Cloud practice, two free certification attempts per year, and a community for experience sharing.
• Lecturer Zone – a resource for educators with ready-to-use academic materials, simplifying preparation and teaching.

Learning by Doing
Students and educators can work with trial versions of solutions such as SAP Business Technology Platform, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, SAP Build Apps, and SAP Analytics Cloud. This provides not just theoretical knowledge, but practical experience in modern business scenarios.

New Talent Programs
SAP launches SAP Next Gen, a global mentorship and project-based program for students and graduates, helping them accelerate their professional development.

Local SAP Community – Kyiv
To mark SAP’s 30th anniversary in Ukraine, SAP Community Kyiv has been established – an open platform for knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and networking. It is part of the global SAP community, connecting over one million participants worldwide.
