SAP Cancels Price Increases for SAP Business One On-Premise in 2026

SAP has announced an important change: starting January 1, 2026, the cost of maintenance for SAP Business One On-Premise will no longer be subject to annual adjustments based on the Consumer Price Index (CPI).

This decision enables partners to plan expenses more predictably and ensures greater transparency in contract billing.

Key details:

• Invoicing: It is recommended to issue maintenance invoices to end customers for 2026 by November 30, 2025. This will help avoid delays in contract renewals and maintain stability in customer relationships.

• Scope: This change applies only to indirect contracts. CPI rules remain unchanged for contracts related to SAP Business One Cloud.

• Important note: CPI adjustments will still apply to any contract renewals taking place during 2025.
