SAP Business One Vouchers for SMEs: A Chance to Transition to a Modern ERP
Ukrainian businesses continue to actively transition to modern ERP solutions, moving away from outdated and risky software originating from the aggressor country. The “ERP Vouchers for MSMEs” project provides a real opportunity for small and medium-sized businesses to automate key processes-from accounting to production management-with partial funding for ERP implementation costs.
What the “ERP Vouchers for MSMEs” Program Is and Why It Matters for Business
The initiative aims to support Ukrainian companies wishing to abandon Russian software and adopt world-class modern ERP systems. The focus is on enterprises in manufacturing and technology sectors with high growth and export potential.
Within the project, 30 enterprises will receive vouchers covering key stages of ERP adoption:
- Acquisition of ERP licenses
- Implementation and configuration
- Data migration
- Team training
ERP solution providers will be selected through a tender process that considers the specific business processes and needs of each company.

Who Can Apply
The project targets Ukrainian micro and small enterprises that meet basic transparency and sustainable development criteria.
Key company requirements:
- Registered in Ukraine as a legal entity or private entrepreneur (FOP, Group 3).
- Operational for at least 2 years.
- No sanction-related risks or ties to Russia/Belarus.
- No bankruptcy procedures or tax arrears.
- Commitment to support the ERP system after the voucher period.
- Transparent ownership and financial reporting structure.
Business size limits:
- Micro-enterprises: up to 10 employees, revenue up to €2 million.
- Small enterprises: up to 50 employees, revenue up to €10 million.
Eligible Industries
Priority is given to companies producing value-added products and operating in export-oriented or domestic production sectors:
- Food industry – food processing and manufacturing.
- Wood processing and furniture production – deep processing and finished products.
- Light industry – textiles, clothing, footwear.
- Electronics and instrumentation – production of technological equipment.
- IT companies – developers of proprietary digital products and service exporters.
Social priority criteria:
In addition to financial and industry criteria, the program considers the social impact of businesses. Additional preference is given to enterprises:
- Founded by women or with >50% women in leadership positions.
- Founded by veterans or actively employing veterans and IDPs.
- Relocated companies or businesses from de-occupied and affected regions.
