New Release of HR and Payroll Add-on FP2025.04.25: Overview of Updates and Recommendations

We would like to inform you about the release of a new version of the HR and Payroll add-on — FP2025.04.25 for SAP Business One by best-run Consulting. This version includes a number of important updates and fixes aimed at improving user experience, ensuring accurate accounting, and maintaining compliance with current legislation.

Key updates in this release:

✅ Separate line for minimum wage top-up in the SSC report — the information is now displayed more transparently, making control and validation easier.

✅ Renaming of the “Income Certificate” document to the correct Ukrainian name — “Довідка про доходи”.

✅ New “Tax Benefit Amount” column in the Income Certificate — displays the applied Tax Social Benefit (TSB).

✅ Vacation days balance check in the “Vacation Reserve Adjustment” document — if an employee takes vacation in advance resulting in a negative day balance, no reserves will be accrued.

✅ Fix in the employee card (Additional Data tab) — incorrectly entered disability can now be removed via the context menu (right-click → “Delete Row”).

✅ Optimized logic for editing the end date in scheduled payments and writs of execution — improved control and validation during changes.

Important note:

After the update is installed, user access rights to the Income Certificate document must be reassigned.
