Recently, our team attended a webinar from our partners, where the latest HR technique “Zero HR” was presented. This is another step towards improving the efficiency and productivity of our customers. We are convinced that the introduction of such modern methods in the HR sphere will help us to better respond to the needs of the market and provide our customers with a high level of service.

 

Recently, we took part in a webinar organized by our partners Kharkiv IT Cluster on the topic “HR Community. Zero HR: an innovative approach to personnel management. ” The webinar was full of important and useful information that will help us implement advanced techniques in our work.

The main topics that were discussed during the webinar:

🔸 What is Zero HR and how it changes the rules of the game in HR. Speakers explained the concept of Zero HR, which is to view all HR processes from scratch, without reference to previous practices. This allows you to approach personnel management with a new look and make the most of the company’s resources.

🔸 How to implement an innovative system in your company. Specific steps and recommendations for Zero HR implementation in the company were provided, including analysis of current processes, identification of key needs and adaptation of new methods to business specifics.

🔸 Risks: which companies will Zero HR not suit? Possible risks and limitations of Zero HR application were discussed. In particular, for some companies with tightly structured processes and a high level of regulation, this approach may be less effective or even unsuitable.

🔸 How Zero HR is changing HR at Netpeak Group. The speaker shared the practical experience of Zero HR implementation in Netpeak Group, demonstrating the concrete results and advantages that the company has gained through this approach.

 

The speaker of the event was Anna-Maria Sabov – People Ops Director at Netpeak Group, the former HR BP at Jooble. Her experience and expertise made the webinar extremely useful for all participants, and the recommendations and insights provided will surely find their application in our further projects.

 

Although the Zero HR technique at this stage will not be able to fully suit our company, we have found many useful tips that we can start using now. In particular, some ideas for streamlining recruitment processes and increasing employee engagement have proven extremely valuable.

 

The webinar was extremely informative and provided us with new ideas for improving our HR processes. We learned about modern approaches to talent management and staff development that will help us become more competitive in the market. In particular, we plan to implement some of the presented strategies to improve communication within the team and increase the level of satisfaction of our employees.

 

In addition, we received useful recommendations on the use of technology to automate routine tasks, which will allow our HR team to focus on more strategic initiatives. Thanks to this webinar, we got a clear understanding of the direction to move so that our HR processes become even more efficient and effective.
