HR and Payroll FP2025.11.25 Update for SAP Business One

We are pleased to announce the release of the HR and Payroll FP2025.11.25 add-on by best-run Consulting for SAP Business One.
This update is aimed at increasing HR department efficiency, automating personnel processes, and minimizing manual operations that affect the speed and accuracy of employee data management and payroll calculations.
Key changes in this release:
- Mass employee population in the “Parameter Setup” document.
Added the ability to automatically select employees using the “Department” and “Position” filters. This significantly accelerates HR parameter configuration and reduces the risk of errors during manual data entry. - Improved sick leave processing.
The reason for incapacity is now automatically pulled from “Company Details,” and the start date of incapacity is transferred from the document header. This simplifies sick leave entry and standardizes the process. - Optimized 4-DF report generation algorithm.
The logic for generating accruals exempt from personal income tax (PIT) has been updated, ensuring more accurate and consistent reporting in compliance with legal requirements. - Technical bug fixes.
In particular, an issue occurring when opening a draft employment record directly from the employee card has been resolved.
