For clients using the “Average” method, the system now includes quarterly and annual bonuses in calculations—ensuring more accurate personnel cost planning and accounting.
📊 Updated Reporting Logic for the Unified Social Contribution (USC)
Rules for populating summary fields related to staff headcount have been revised to reflect legislative changes and eliminate the risk of reporting errors.
📅 Shift Schedule Assistant Introduced
A user-friendly tool has been implemented for generating shift schedules, supporting various HR planning scenarios with speed and flexibility.
🔐 User Licensing Mechanism Implemented
Access to the add-on’s functionality is now restricted to users with an active HR and Payroll license. This enhances data security and improves overall control of module usage.

Before installing the update, please consult with your SAP advisor to verify the list of users who should have access to the HR and Payroll add-on. This will ensure proper license allocation and uninterrupted system operation after the update.
