We are pleased to announce the release of the latest version of the HR and Payroll FP2025.07.14 add-on by best-run Consulting for SAP Business One. This update focuses on improving key payroll and reserve accounting processes, providing even greater accuracy, convenience, and control for HR specialists and accountants.
Key Enhancements in This Release:
- Improved Sick Leave Payment Mechanism
Sick leave amounts eligible for reimbursement by the Pension Fund of Ukraine (PFU) will now be included in the total payment only if:- The PFU has actually funded the reimbursement.
- The amount has not already been paid separately before payroll processing.
If the reimbursement is not funded, the corresponding amount will not appear under the “To Be Paid” section in the Payroll Accrual document.
- Automatic Recalculation of Vacation Reserves
A smart mechanism has been introduced to automatically recalculate the closing balance in the Vacation Reserve Adjustment document when a user manually changes accrual amounts in a specific period. This eliminates manual errors and ensures data accuracy.
- Optimization of Enforcement Order Processing
The algorithm for selecting enforcement orders during payroll calculation has been refined. It now considers the start and end dates of the relevant period, preventing incorrect deductions and ensuring precise payroll processing.
